KT-ANG works with third-party print and fulfillment partners to produce and ship our made-to-order products.

Order processing

Because our products are made to order, orders generally require additional processing time before they are shipped.

Production and processing typically take approximately 2–7 business days, although actual processing times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider, order volume, holidays, and other operational circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when tracking is available.

Shipping methods

We currently offer Standard Shipping to supported destinations worldwide.

For products using our current standard fulfillment profile:

United States: approximately 2–5 business days
International destinations: approximately 10–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment requirements.

For products using our current standard shipping profile, the current standard shipping rate may be US$5.39, but the final shipping charge shown at checkout is the applicable charge for your order.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

KT-ANG does not control customs processing times or customs fees.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer after the order has shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after shipment.

Delays

Shipping and delivery times are estimates.

Orders may experience delays because of:

Weather

High order volume

Lost or returned packages

If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or returned to the sender, please contact us at support@kt-ang.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the shipment status and work with our fulfillment and shipping partners where applicable.
