At KT-ANG, our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@kt-ang.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Any other relevant information that may help us review the issue

After reviewing your request, we may provide a replacement or refund when the issue is confirmed.

You generally do not need to return a damaged or defective product unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Choosing the wrong size
Choosing the wrong color
Ordering the wrong product
Changing your mind
Personal preference after receiving the product

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
